Santini’s hosts regular gourmet evenings that are regionally themed.
Twice a month, on the last Friday and first Monday, Renzo selects a region of Italy and creates a delicious five course regional menu. The evening starts with wine tasting from the specific region, followed by an explanation of the menu, and the history of the region. The menu usually consists of a starter, pasta, fish, main, dessert, and coffee. All dishes have an appropriate wine choice, and the dessert is served with something a little sweeter.
